DMS Sailing (D. Stamou & Co. O.E.) is a company registered in Greece and operating under Greek law. We are licensed by the Greek National Tourism Organisation (GNTO).
This website is owned and managed by DMS Sailing. Photographs and content are our property or used with permission. We may update the website at any time without notice.
A booking is confirmed only when the charter agreement has been signed by both parties and the deposit has been received.
The charter agreement is made between you and the owner of the yacht. These website terms do not change the terms of that agreement.
Payment schedule: 40% of the charter fee on booking, and the remaining 60% no later than 45 days before embarkation. A charter that is not paid in full by the embarkation date may be cancelled as unpaid.
You can cancel by phone or email. Any change of dates, destination or yacht is treated as a cancellation.
More than 60 days before embarkation: payments are not refundable, unless the yacht is rebooked for the same dates. In that case we refund what you have paid, less an administration fee.
Within 60 days of embarkation: payments are not refundable.
We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance.
By paying by card you confirm that the payment is a deposit, part payment or full payment for a charter arranged through DMS Sailing, under a charter agreement you have read, accepted and signed.
The signed charter agreement serves as your receipt. If you need an invoice, please ask for it; it is issued at the end of the charter or once the charter is fully paid.

Information you send us through our forms must be accurate and must not be misleading or abusive. The website is intended for adults. Anyone under 18 should not send us personal details without the consent of a parent or guardian.
